-50/50 payment between ACM and UPE
-first weekend of May (3rd)
-hamburgers and hot dogs
-people can bring their own dishes
-bring balloons
-reuse gaming day sign
-ask 150/200 CIS students to come to the picnic


+Award Ceremony
-April 15th 3pm UC
-come for glory of UPE
-snack times too after awards


+UPE new room
-120 ELB UPE room
