Meeting minutes from the ACM Dearborn General Meeting - Tuesday, April 9, 2008 - 1:30 p.m.

High School Programming Competition
The high school programming competition last Saturday was a success. We would like to thank everyone who helped proctor the contest.

Fundraising Opportunity
The SAO needs volunteers on Wednesday, April 9, and Thursday, April 10, to supervise the student government elections. If ACM fills 9 three hour time slots, the SAO will deposit $200 in to ACM’s account.
Time slots are as follows:
Wednesday 9:00 – 12:00: Pablo Garcia
Wednesday 12:00 – 3:00: Pablo Garcia, Brian Porter
Wednesday 3:00 – 6:00:
Wednesday 6:00 – 9:00:
Thursday 9:00 – 12:00: Vince Shaw, Tony Wesley
Thursday 12:00 – 3:00:
Thursday 3:00 – 6:00: Bruce Elenbogen, Kasey Thompson
Thursday 6:00 – 9:00: Scott Hoffman, Mark McKenzie

Cardi will call all the volunteers this evening and tell you where to report during the time you volunteered for.

End of Year Picnic/Barbeque
Our end of the year picnic is currently scheduled for the first Saturday in May (5/3/2008). We are currently planning to have the party at Hines Park. If anyone has any other suggestions for a location, you must email Roger by 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10. We will send more information via email as it becomes available.
