So you guys gotta tell me, who made the massive computer donation in the office? I walked in the other day and went "Holy S Laughing

IT! It's Christmas!"

Yeah, that would be me. I have monitors to go with those computers too, but there isn't enough room. Its for the project I want to start: A seminar on how you can put together or upgrade your own computer. For everyone who is too intimidated to open up their box, this would be an opportunity to educate non-computer people (and maybe help bring them into the fold Twisted Evil

) that these days computers are pretty assembly line technology for the novice. I'd detail it more but I think it'd be best if I put it somewhere more on topic. When we get that topic that is Rolling Eyes

I agree I'd like to see a total demonstration. I built my entire PC, only thing I did not do was attach the Processor, I did not want to screw that up so I took it to a shop.

That sounds like a great idea (the computer building workshop). You're definately right, I think that a lot of people shy away from tearing into their own computers in fear of breaking something. Let's figure out a date that would be good to do that.
